Bad Oil Leak

I've been working on my 300D for several weeks now, trying to get it up to snuff. I thought I was just about done with the mechanical stuff this weekend when I developed a bad oil leak. I was doing my diesel purge when I noticed I was losing lots of oil. It appears to be coming from the oil return line from the turbo. I think the previous owner was putting PVC cement over this spot to try to stop the leak b/c there was some hard goop on the line and empty PVC cement bottles in the trunk. Is this a bad gasket or does the whole line need to go? Anyone know where i can get the part? Anyone have any advice for this work?
