help Heater blower W126 300SD does not work

I hope somebody can help me as i am stuck at this moment

The fan of my heather does not work and there is no power to the climate control unit

The fuse ( nr 11 ) is ok and i can not find any external strip fuse ( I read somewhere that the early W126 300 SD did not had the external strip fuse yet and as mine is a '81 that can be correct as there is nothing to find next to the powerbrake or on the left wheelwell

Fan is working properly if i put direct current on it so that is not the problem
I have checked with an other 81 on how points the ecc unit get feed with current and it has 1 hot wire on each connector

Mine does not have any so there must be a current problem somewhere

please help as it is getting cold overhere
