How do I replace a map pocket in a '82 300 TD?

I know this is probably simple, but I figured I would ask how to do this. I didn't know if I needed to remove the door panel or if it just snaps on there somehow.

You have to remove the door panel. But make sure once all the clips are popped free on the back of the panel that you slide the door panel up or you will brake the clip off the map pocket the clips it to the door.
