300 D heater controls

I replaced switch over valve #13 for the center nozzle flap because it was leaking vacuum in the switch it self. With #13 out and the lines capped the rest of the stuff works fine. Except the center nozzle. I put new switch in. Now when I push the floor button I loose all vacuum. So I am assuming that ether the vacuum element for the center nozzle or the vacuum element for the defroster nozzle is leaking. Thats what #13 controls. Or the lines to said units.

Me question is were are the two vacuum elements located. How do I access them.
