"99" 606/ oil leak at innercooler

Looking for some insight, (1999-210-606 125k) slight oil leak at down wind side of turbo, at the inner cooler/hard line connection. Could this be blow by,
(that doesn't look to be excessive when viewed with the oil filler access open) or turbo oil seal giving up?
I once had a turbo (gas) Volvo suck 5 quarts of oil through the turbo in the matter of a minute or less when the turbo let lose at highway speed. This being diesel, concerns me with runaway. Any thoughts would be welcome.

Welcome to the forum!

It's condensed crankcase oil vapor. No worries, it's supposd to be there. It comes from the tube leading out of the top of the valve cover and into the turbo inlet. You might want to see about fixing the air leak though...

Thank you for the welcome, and the prompt reply.

This car is relatively new to me, and MB's in particular, The air cooler hangs
so low that it's apparent that "parking" stop, bumps, can push the radiator support back and has apparently flat sided the aluminum inlett. I've reshaped
that, and used a slap hammer with a simple hook to pull the radiator support out about 1/2 to 5/8 inch, that's when the oil was observed. thanks again
