Wagon People! Need Worm's-eye view of wheel well
Due to some modifications on the front end, I will have to install the inner fender liners (front) by my own design. Pictures would be most appreciated showing the orientation of the splash guard in the fender.
This is w123 specific and I am not sure which models have them - probably the 300 series only. Are there any inserts / clips that the mounting screws go into, or do they all go right into sheet metal? thanks again. Last edited by jt20; 02-11-2009 at 09:59 PM. |

I am truly shocked.
Any photos at all that even remotely illustrate the proper placement of the mud guards would be greatly appreciated. |

Looks like there are clips that grab the lip of the fender and a bracket that gets screwed in.

Yeah, those just screw right into the metal with sheet metal screws.
