Front Bumper Replace

Well, I did it. But thank goodness it wasn't too bad. I was turning around and didn't see a very low fire hydrant. It is only going to put a dent in wallet. I need to replace the front bumper on my 99 E300TD.

I don't have any real damage other than cosmetic but I do need to replace my bumper. I found a salvaged bumper same color in good shape but I need to know how to install it. Are there any tricks to the trade I should be aware of?

Also, my other option rather than buying a salvaged bumper, I could buy a OEM bumper and bumper cover. Would any of you know of a place I could get a bumper and cover that would be good quality. I would then have to have it painted. I'm trying to weigh the cost of salvage vs. new, but I can't go Mercedes new, it isn't cost effective. If new I have to go OEM.

I'm trying to stay away from making a claim on my insurance.
