Torque Spec's for W124 Front Strut Bolts ?

Does anybody know the correct torque specs for the front strut's lower & upper mounting bolts for a 1995 E300d (W124)? The lower bolts came loose after replacing w/Billsteins. This time I'll use the red Loctite.
