check those 124 front sway bar brackets
dieselbeagel's 93 2.5 developed softness in the right front suspension and a clunk on left turns. A poll of 124 experts suggested a broken inboard sway bar bracket. Sure enough, that's what it was. The bracket had broken in two.

Hmm...interesting. I've glanced at mine and they seem to be fine....
Did it just break? Or was it rusted or something?

Originally from Florida but no rust. I haven't seen it but as described to me it just broke.

Check your springs and shock absorbers this usually indicates a problem with either one.
