What the heck are they smoking there? That car has as much rust as Trigger, and I paid a grand for mine. I guess a detail with a bunch of armor all and new tires appreciates these cars 10k.

IMHO, these guys looking for $12K r nuts, on these old TD wagons......

That said.......I would be tempted to pay $19K or so for a southwestern rust-free '87 6-cylinder TD wagon with 60K miles on it, in almost perfect shape.
Saw one about a year ago on e-bay in Phoenix, AZ as described go for $20K to $22K.

I would never condone such a thing.
That being said, I will not sell it on EBAY for less than $600.
