81 240D Trunk Warning label Question

Just wanted to know if there was any type of labels that were installed on the plastic piece where the lock is inside the trunk. There appears to be a place for some type of label on the Right and Left side. If so, does anyone have the part numbers for these?

Well... The label should have said... "NEVER USE YOUR KEY TO OPEN THIS TRUNK OR YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET IN HERE OR READ THIS LABEL AGAIN!".

I'm not really sure what it said. I remember seeing those decals years ago when the cars were new. I remember seeing a blue and chrome decal and a red and chrome decal. Cant remember what they said. The above could be correct though..

I don't know how 240D central locking works, but on my 300SDL (completely different car obviously) the red and chrome one provides the advice that the truck lock and drivers door lock all control the entire lock set on the car. Don't remember the exact wording but it's to remind you you can lock the car from the trunk switch and the trunk from the drivers door switch.

Trying to find out what went there, since I trying to restore it. Thanks, I will see if any of the warning labels on the parts list saying anything like you said.
