Yes we did, but we are still waiting on the TD. The last ones we got were '87s.

Very nice TD, just like mine, only mine's not a wagon. It would have been a winner to have imported wagon TDs as well as the 4-door TDs in '97 - '99.

Good find. Beautiful car.

Good review. I enjoy Clarkson's anti-diesel stance. That'd be awesome to have one of those wagons......I suppose one could do a super complex swap of an E320 wagon to a 606.....that'd require some real engineering though.

Which I thought we had covered ad nauseam! Well it gives me something to do besides the peach debate.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A TD SEDAN! A TD IS A WAGON, IF IT'S A MERCEDES.

Somebody needs to tell Mercedes-Benz to stop calling E300TDs, then. Perhaps a volunteer 'he - he' can travel to Germany to get them to reverse the paperwork from the '99 E300TDs...... Until then it's E300TD onward and upward!

I wouldn't trade my E300TD for anything other than a TD '99 estate wagon (if there were such an animal imported to the states......sigh. A beauuuuutiful car!
