Just a quick question on the radiator cap. I am going to do the coolant flush, replace thermostat and radiator cap. The cap on the car now says 7lb pressure. I called Mercedes Dealer and they just have price of new cap for car, they don't state the pressure. Can anyone tell me if this is the correct pressure cap to have if I replace the cap? It is for my 1983 300D.

100kPa, 120kPa or 140kPa (14/17/20psi). 7psi is way too low. It will have 100/120/140 on one of the corners.

FSM states 1 bar. I think I have a 19psi one now.
