W211 E320 CDI horn wiring diagram

Anyone here have such a diagram? The previous owner of my car replaced the factory horn with an air horn setup and I do not like it. I bought a set of Hella Supertones to put in but it has a small relay to wire in.

Not sure I need the relay but the instructions call for it to reduce voltage drop to the horns.

Or

Should I just mount the new horns and wire them in?
