One headlight is out on my '84 300TD. Change the headlight and checked the fuse. Is there a relay for that one side that might be out? Fog lamps quit working at the same time.

I'd check the connection on the back of the headlight. Maybe for some reason it's slipped, or could be corroded/dirty ... try some contact cleaner and see if that helps.
