96 300d no power

Problem seems to be no power when warmed up, a little rough idle , sluggish when cold, When warm , car will jsut inch along untill momemtum picks up, high way speeds great car has good acceleration, tran kicks down . just from standing stop, just noticed that if you take it out of gear it will rev up put slowly, hesitation. New fuel filters air filter no fuel or vaccum leaks all checked. Thanks

Guessing air or fuel flow malady/restriction somewhere. Maybe restricted tank screen, or a resonance flap problem?

total clean out on intake everything working as it should i will blow out fuel lines just to be sure , Thanks

Might clean the check valve in the banjo bolt fuel line between the IP and block if clearing the tank screen doesn't help. Could be sticky.

will try banjo bolt, havnt blown fuel line yet. But wouldnt fuel starve issue show up at highway sped as well? thanks

Its more a matter of load/demand. Find a steep grade at freeway speed you used ot be able to go up and see if you can crest it without dropping speed.

i drove car just now, heres the puzzling part, car is fine when cold good pick up and smooth shifts when warm hard shifts and lack of power, could be torque convertor? tranny does not slip and stall test , engine will rev to 1000 no more, in gear and foot on brake. How about sensors, no vaccum leaks , any ideas thanks
