Accelerator pedal mounting tab

All;

Seems the metal tab onto which the accelerator pedal slip-fits in the footwell has rusted away.

Can someone please measure the size of that tab (width, height, thickness) and provide feedback on whether there is any 'rake' from vertical?

If anyone has a recommended fix, I'd certainly love to hear it. (a search of the forum turns up only one other entry, and that owner screwed a replacement tab to the floorboard).

Thanks in advance,
Dave

It allot of work to remove carpet to measure it for you but I recently replaced my pedal so I remember a bit. It is light weight tab this is why it failed on you. I'd just measure the slot in the bottom of the pedal and go from there. It's mickey mouse to begin with.
