Smoke Spot on driveway each morning after startup

My 300D has begun leaving a dark black spot on the driveway each morning when I start her up. She is running fine.
It does seem to be a larger spot if I give it some gas when I crank it up.
Anybody have any idea about this one?

Normal. I have to back up in an alley way each morning real close to a garage door across the alley, my straight pipe has slowly made a big soot spot on their garage door from when I pull away.

If I short cycle the glow plugs, or introduce more fuel when starting, (the being in a hurry start-up) my 300SD will leave a spray of black spots and a nice smoke spot. I tend to believe it is unburned fuel. The car does not smoke after a minute or so of running.

Thanks Guy's.
I guess I will just put it on the ever growing list of things I will just learn to deal with.
