602 Vacuum Routing Chart for a W124

I came across a pretty good vacuum routing chart while doing some transmission research on my 1993 W124. I hope this is representative of the vacuum system on my 1993 OM602.962.

The vacuum routing sticky in this forum didn't have a chart like this for a W124 that I could find.

That looks like the correct diagram,if you change to a pressure wastegate actuator you can eliminate all the vacuum stuff to the left of the engine in that diagram and all the headaches that go along with it.Do a search for GSXRs thread on the subject and save yourself some future problems and cash. Nah!

It's a "Piece o' Cake" !
1.Obtain Pressure Operated Wastegate and replace your Vacuum Operated One
with it.
[Assumption:Your Diagram IS ACTUALLY the "as Built" Vacuum Diagram for yourChassis]
(I don't know that it's not,or that it's not 100% accurate)
2.Obtain The "F" shaped Vacuum fitting pictured below[picture Courtesy GSXR] and
install it on your Vacuum Pump (and Vacuum lines)as pictured.
3.Take All that Crap to the passenger side of the Valve Cover and throw away
or "Re-Cycle".[picture #2 also credit to GSXR]

Enjoy a Cleaner running, more powerful Diesel.
