A/C control question
This would be on the 300D. I removed some vacuum pods a while back to do some repairs. I'm trying to get a grasp on what the pods actually control
When you remove the glove box, what does the white lever control directly behind the glove box and to the left (facing the glove box opening). There is a vacuum pod with an angled arm that controls a small white lever right behind the glove box.

I don't have my HVAC paper manuel in front of me, but I think the pod directly behind the glove box is outside air. The white lever does not sound familar, I'll look when I get home.

Thanks...
The one to the far right (facing the glove box opening) is the fresh air or recirc. damper. That is where the big hole is. The one in the one behind the glove box and to the left (facing the glove box opening) is the one I am concerned with. It is pretty much directly behind the glove box when you pull it out. Not sure what it does? I need to wire these things in a fixed position until I get my new actuators. I have the recirc. flap wired open for fresh air. I just need to know what the other one does so I can wire it up as well.
