I heard of this wagon on the day of procurement, and have been awaiting its coming out party. While both of my wagons are Cheap Wagon Club qualified, they sure aren't anything like Dan and Tyler find!! Good for them though as you like to see good folks run across good deals.
I was hoping those spheres were decent. It was worth the shot. I can't wait to see the pics of the wagon with those ABS wheels. Those things looked really nice on the black wagon. Yep, new job is taking away tons of forum time. Can't stay up as late and post anymore, but I'm lucky to have moved seamlessly from one job to another during these times. Other issues have crept into forum time too, but do we really care about that or Cheap Wagons!!! Yep, Cheap Wagons for me too....... :D So, has anybody mentioned how worthless this thread is without pics??? |

They looked better on the black wagon than they do on the white one. Need to come up with names other than black and white. I may just offer "Blackie" to members for a CWC intro price. No flipping it though. |
The white wagon has become my daily driver. Still polishing on her when I have time. She's a good runner other than the odd, what sounds like wind, noise from the rear.
Jimmy thinks its the diff. It's not getting any worse so, I'll live with it for now. Jimmy drove up last Saturday in Smash and we had a nice visit although it was pretty darn hot. We compared wagons and then took the W126 out for a spin. He really needs a 126 to enhance his fleet. It was really good to see him. Let's have another north Tx GTG at the ranch when it cools down a bit. |
For his white wagon to have been cheap wagon qualified is amazing. It drives so nice and looks far better than any cheap wagon this side of Norm.
And Dan's touch with R134a is amazing although I think I'm gonna lay off talking about freon types for awhile. Right at 62mph , and exactly at 62mph, there does come a roaring from somewhere in the back. And it's a pretty good one too. Nothing I wouldn't milk for months if not years though. ;) You can tell this wagon was cared for prior to its emotionless abandoning. On another note, what a great time I had visiting with Dan and Tab and cute little Sara. :P It just isn't possible for Dan to have such a cute little girl!! ;) I basically invited myself over and Dan was a gracious host. It's only a 40 minute drive, and a pleasant one to boot. Oh, and his next door neighbor has some spheres too!!!! :o:o  |
