New to me diesel this weekend!!!
Woot picking up a 1985 300D Federal version this weekend. Has only 228,000 actual miles on it. Good tires, new brakes and new oil change. Is a dark blue with matching blue interior all door locks work. Crack in windshield and 2 small spots of rust jack points look good. Window switches need replaced and of course no AC (but really which ones do anymore) all this for only 1500 dollars.

Weird...My 300D has 229,375 miles and I commute 650 miles a week in it.
I guess I'm in the ballpark at least...

My brother's W123 has 234k on it....pretty close. Had 221k when we got it. The others are all well beyond that. Way way beyond.

Pics are of course coming. And daw_two don't worry about it as long as your diesel finds a good home. Yeah does seem to be popular mileage. This 4 door will replace my 83 300CD that has 345,000 on it. That will be going to my sister and brother in law. They are having car problems. They will get it after I take my new tires back and the new injectors lol.
