300D Turbo: Accelerator Linkage Kit?
just got my valves adjusted when my indy pointed out the sloppiness of my accelerator linkage. he said i needed to outright replace my accelerator linkage mount (which i found on all parts express), but suggested i look for a linkage "kit" that might have all the plastic/rubber bits and bobs that have worn down over the years. i can't seem to find one, anyone ever seen anything like that, does it even exist?

What do YOU think?
Do YOU think it needs to be replaced?

wellllll........
i know the linkage mount DOES need to be replaced based on how trashed it looks. i never thought twice about it at first as it still drives and hasn't given me any trouble yet. but it does need it. as far as the other stuff, i just figured if i was going to do it, i might as well do it all and do it right. and the guy is trustworthy, i've known him a long time and he's not out for a profit from me, we've got a deal going. we does this work after hours, not on shop time and not at shop prices as well as allowing me to source my own parts. either way, does a kit like this exist or do i need to find every item by part number or take it from a parts car?

I would think there are only two parts that would wear out, the one on or near the firewall and a plastic bushing, so a kit would not probably be available.
The pics are of my SD, a 300D or CD will be a bit different. You can get new clips too, but not usually necessary.
