Exclamation Turn Signal light sticks on

Hey everyone, when my speedometer cable went out I pulled the instrument cluster out and while doing so happened to unplug a blue skinny wire from what seemed to be right behind the a/c vents.

At first, kind of worried I checked everything to make sure it was functioning ok, and everything was. Well after that the turn signal lights started sticking on, which gets VERY annoying and hazardous. It's really random when it does it but it started after this blue cable was unplugged. I pulled the center console out and thought it might reconnect to where the "ticking sound" comes from which ended up being right behind the hazard switch. But there is no port for this to go into.

I tired pulling out the glove compartment box to get a better vantage point behind the a/c vents without pulling out the dash but I chewed up one of those plastic snap in pieces that lock it in place. So I don't think it's going to come out.

Does anyone know where this cable to connects to or what it's called? It has one long gold connector on one end and one short gold connector on the other.
