Axles done with your help
Thanks to my search through all the topics the job replacing both of my cv joints was relatively easy.
Of course it did not take 30 minutes, as suggested on the instructions that came with the axles, but about 2-3 hours. Thanks SW and Ken300, great advice, the clip came out with a the vice grip perfect and went back in smooth. You're welcome. I'm glad I could help. Did you see the follow up post and picture of what the synth oil did to the inside of the diff housing?

Yes I did, and switched to synthetic (Mobil1 75-90) because of it.
Thanks again Wolfgang
