Sorry, still new here.
I have 2 1983 300d, one the trans will not go foward all that fast but has smooth idle. (but have plans for manual trans conversion)
The running and driving car has shake at idle. Where are the motor shocks? and where is the best place to get the shocks and motor mounts?

Also when the ac is on the motor at idle or at a light will shut the car off.

the shocks are flexible on price but the shock mounts are only available through the dealership and I paid like $75 each.

Does the car shake when cold, hot or all the time?

It shakes usually when it is warm. It runs great down the highway!!

You may have a rack damper bolt failing, try an adjustment.
