Tranny still erratic after modulator swap...

I haven't taken the car out of the neighborhood yet (front seat is in garage... sitting on a bucket now... ha!) but in just cruising around I still feel the 2-3 flare and slightly erratic shift pattern.

I checked the vacuum going to the system and I have a nice 20" consistently which drops down as it's supposed to with throttle pressure. So now what? I have yet to correctly set the modulator pressure, but from what I understand that should only change how harsh the shifts are....

So judging by the article it seems I have an issue with my clutch pack?
