i can't believe how close it actually is for me, a first since joining this forum/getting into mercedes. i'm hoping it has a couple little things i'm looking for, and a couple big things that i don't want to pay shipping on.

binghamton is sooooo close, i'm drooling over the possibilities.....that probably won't be there.....

^^^ cooperstown, ny? i grew up around there, in bainbridge ny. i played on the soccer hall of fame field in high school. very nice imported grass field...

i haven't heard anything from this guy yet, but it sounds like he's not gonna part it out with some people trying to get their hands on the whole thing.

darn it.

matthias, you got a reply from the guy? I haven't heard anything and I asked about the whole car. For me this is not likely to work out unless there is 0% rust and very cheap, I'd have a 4 hour drive with a rented trailer (or something) to get to it too. We'll see - my guess is a bit of rust behind the rear wheels otherwise good condition.

yea. i sent him an email at 12:15 am July 11, reply @ 7:15A.

my car, has had the entire rear cut out once before, so its nice back there, and I replaced the entire floor pan... my front clip was replaced too. its just everything inbetween!

I purchased my 240D up here, 2 summers ago this week.

I actually looked at another W124 up here today too, but I'd much rather a 123 to keep one on the road. then part out the old one

Matt
