I always thought the most gawd awful ugliest thing ever made by MB was the w210 wagon. So there you go...

One of my parts cars is a 1979 MB NON turbo wagon. I took out the engine when TXBill needed a transmission... which turned out to be a different style than he could use.
It is sitting in my yard just begging me to put it into my 240 long enough to address the lack of compression in Brian's old car ( the 240)... with the manual shift I might never take it back out though.... LOL
A tiny bit more power.....and I could use the SLS hydraulic power head to drive a pipe threader or something in the trunk...LOL

When a car was built and what model year is it sold as can be different. It's quite simple:
99.99% of all wagons sold as 1979 and 1980 models are NON turbo.
Something less than but close to 99.99% of model year 1981 wagons and later are turbo charged. Every car maker out there makes some cars in one year and calls them the next year model.
Hey SRJ- how was your post helpful? There are enough "fill in your own blank here" on other forums. If your not here to help, then go away.

That's why I get so many compliments on my car.

W210 estate looks like a Honda accord and a Ford Taurus mated icky! I'd much rather have a 123 estate or even a 124 estate!

Same sentiment here, the S123 was and still is the classiest of all MB estates. Many share this opinion, so majority rules!

Look at the back end of that W210!!!!! It is the only back end uglier than the W210 sedan.......
Looks like that god-awful Camry wagon of the 90's.

Extra points for the W123 Estate for the color!!

See what I mean!

Can you tell them apart???

This thread had nothing to do with which car is more beautiful... but it seems to me you are trying to get under the skin of folks- at least in my view. You came in here with no information that helped folks and just tried to start a fight, at least that what it looks like to me. Plenty of other sites or even OD where you can do that. Posts that do not help folks and then go off topic to give your point of view which even a child could see was an attempt to piss folks off are not in the spirit of PPshop forum. Please stop being a troll here in DD- I'm asking nicely.
