Quite easy. Perhaps a one hour job for both, two tops. Much poorer protection against damage to the rest of the car which is why I took mine off.

In fact, if anyone local to NY/NJ/western PA wants a set of Euro W123 wagon bumpers, I've got a pair. I'm not doing anything with them. Just shoot me an email.
Don't want to detract from what this thread has turned into, a W123 estate lovefest, which I fully appreciate. Just reminded me I have these in my garage taking up space.
