1982 300D Turbo Vacuum Pressure?
Can someome please tell me what the vacuum reading should be on a 1982 300D Turbo - trying to diagnosis a slew of vacuum related problems and figured the first check would be to test the pump itself - (no door locks or center vent functioning - will shut off w/ the key if I cap off the door lock check valve

In excess of 20 in/Hg at the pump would be good.

sounds like you have bad diaphrams in the vacuum locks. do you have a full reading at the check valve?

Vac leak in the door lock system, quite common. The center vents only work with fresh air.
