Plyers to use-Throttle spring 85 california 300d
I need to replace the spring on a 1985 300d CA, the darn thing is way wedged down and with lots of things in the way, my regular and longest needle nose plyers wont reach very well, are there any tricks to this? or do i just need even longer plyers?

I had to go look at mine -- didn't know about that spring, thanks. Maybe you could get at it from underneath? You can't even see the top of the spring from above, only the bottom, and it would take really long pliers.
