Will a 380SEC axle shaft fit into a 300SD?
Will the 380SEC axle fit onto a 300SD (not to the rear end differential,but to the rear wheels?)

Yes. It may have a counterweight on it that you'd likely need to remove. It would interfere with the fuel hoses.

See i bought a 380SEC axle, and on it, it has a Round disk with 6 holes on each side (horizontally). I never seen that before.
