Trunk badge of truth you say?

Just messing with Jimmy.
My plan to put extra T's on trunk badges has begun. I'll start on turbo diesels now, but then I'll move on to other models. Soon you will see a 380SET, E500T, and perhaps my most dubious plan of all time, a Maybach 62ST!

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to look up the part number in the EPC for the V12 badge, there's a 240D with terminal rust and 1 qt/50 mile burn rate that's just screaming for them!

There was an S600 v12 in the junkyard. If you want, I'll try to remember to pull the trunk badge if you want it.

Nice chop Joe.

I wish I could see Jimmy's reaction when he gets his first glimpse.

I wouldn't really do such a thing, but to see a 240D with a V12 badge on it would be hilarious. Maybe stick some Kompressor, AMG and BlueEfficiency stickers on there too.

Ha ha ha ha ha

I've often that it would be funny for my trunk to say "240D 6.9"

I just fear that everyone would want to race me, and I'd always loose

When I lived in Redmond Washington, I used to see a BMW 525eiei0 from time to time.

Great stuff!

Love the eiei0!

My #1 grandson was born extremely prematurely, was not expected to survive but did, miraculously.

I used to hold him when he was in the preemie ward at Methodist Hospital in Indy and must have sang "Old MacDonald's farm" to him thousands of times. So it brings back some pretty special memories to me.

I also liked to sing "Norwegan wood" bud never could get the words right.
