W123 headlight ????
Hi,
though the adjustment dials would be upside down, would it be doable to put a right headlight assy on the left? The bolt holes all seem to align, though I'd need to flip the light and the fog around 180 degrees. Is this doable? I have two right lights used, and the left i have is NIB. I'd rather not use the NIB one, and I won't get a used one in time for what I need it for... Thanks!

Do you mean US round headlights or Euros? You can swap the lamp elements left for right in US housings. You shouldn't flip a right Euro lens to be a left lens. The beam will illuminate oncoming drivers and the sky, not the road.

US lights...
I figure I can turn the actual beam assembies upside down (Im using sealed beams in this application), and while the black adjustment knobs will be upside down (I will adjust the lights to be at proper levels), that is no big deal. I didnt see any other difference with the assemblies, just wanted to check/verify...

Oh, it's a right housing you want to use on the left side. I guess that would work if you can attach it properly to the car. You might have to tweak the tabs that guide the lamps into place since they kinda don't let you mount a lamp upside down.
