Issue with turn signal
The car is a w123 300d, 1985.
Turn on the headlights, the right arrow stays illuminated. Try to use the right turn signal, it doesn't work. No fast click, nothing. Use the hazzard flasher, it works and blinks. Any ideas? My 240d uses a different flasher switch, so I don't know that I can test with it...

swapped bulbs, didnt fix it. Replaced with new, identical bulbs, problem solved...
Dont understand it... the bulbs are fine, and not dual filament...

It might just be the condition of the bulb's metal barrel. The chrome plated european style seem to perform better and far longer than the unplated brass of the domestic bulbs. A new bulb of either style will usually work when an elderly domestic bulb won't.
