EGR oil leak?!

While changing front shocks yesterday I've noticed that there is some oils outside and underneath the EGR valve... FYI - I've put a small bb in the vacuum fitting that goes to the top it it some time ago.

Is this an indication of some problem with exhaust valves not sealing properly?! Valves were adjusted about 8K miles back.

Unlikely, probably just oil from the turbo getting blown into the intake, becoming a liquid when the engine cools down, and leaking out the low point. Take the EGR valve off and replace the metal gasket, make sure all of the surfaces are clean. It should not be necessary to use any sealer but I suppose you could do that too. If the valve guide seals were leaking significantly, you would be getting blue smoke upon acceleration, especially after long periods of idling.

Does it sound like the turbo seal replacement is in order soon?! How difficult is that job to do?!

You will know if any of the valve seals are shot when you have carbon caked on them. A way to check without removing the head is to remove the intake and exhaust manifolds and sine a light in the holes

How difficult of a job is that to do?! Also guessing that the bolts may be seized pretty good from all the heat...

actually I havent had any break or have any trouble with anyone of them. you might have to remove the turbo to remove the exhaust manifold. remove all the necessary bolts
