Brass Monkies in NC (Heater Servo)

I have a '79 300TD Euro N/A. Does anyone know if I can rebuild the heater valve in the servo control unit, (a.k.a. box-o-kaka).
I have changed everything now, including the ACC amplifier, still cold.
I have the early climate control system.
Shivering.
Chris
