Rear seat metal edges not rolled! Be warned!

I sliced the crap out of my fingers this weekend, I had done a good job of scrubbing the seat and wanted to pull it out to give it a quick rinse. Managed to cut into my pink REAL good. I dont think there is a single rolled edge in there.....

Front seats are the same. I found out the hard way too. I stuck my hands under the seat to hook the seat cover straps onto the edges. Those edges are sharp like a meat slicer!

I've not yet sliced my fingers but I sure know how sharp they are. I always think about when I'm messing with the seats.

Indeed they are sharp....I got a few moderate cuts when working on converting the seat wiring on my car. My worst injuries so far have been from: Dropping a 19mm wrench on my face.....(chipped tooth/bloody lip).....severe cut to thumb/nail right where it meets the skin, and I managed to slip with a wrench recently and jammed my wrist against one of the threaded rods coming out of the rear of the alternator....that one was a pretty bad injury!

Nice...The way it's smeared around makes it look like you kept working despite the obvious loss of blood. Congratulations!

I hoped this involved some arm flailing and some squirting blood.

When you Bang a knuckle hard enough to break the skin...
but not the Nitrile Glove...You're always in the middle of "something" ,you can't
stop and the damn glove is filling up with nice fresh red blood cells!

Just put a zip tie around the wrist portion of the glove, that will keep all the blood in!

you know what, i accidentally cut my 190e 2.3-16v rear seat base one time on a sharp edge on my car. personally would rather cut my finger than cut the mint leather on that seat. pisses me off thinking about it every time.

I have a diesel tattoo. It's faded quite a bit in 25 years, but it's still there. I lost my grip while working on my Audi 5000 diesel, and slammed my finger into a sharp edge in the engine compartment. Whatever soot was on it, is now inside me. Guess, were blood brothers now.

I would like to say that bloody oven is SCARY! Sometimes bodies do need chopping to fit inside freezers, but I like to cover my kitchen, or basement in plastic first. Makes removing the evidence a lot easier.
