Can the ASR settings be inverted?

OK, to make it simple.
I sit on the car and start the engine, the ASR start on the same time.
I turn it off via the switch on the central console and got this yellow bright triangle telling me its off...
Is it possible to invert the scenario, like I start the engine and the ASR as well as the light are off and if I like to put it back, use the switch.
But it would be always off when I start and the light too.
