The 240 MPG Turbodiesel Hybird

A 2 cylinder 38 HP + 14 HP electric motor. It uses 1 quart of diesel to travle 62 miles. NOW THAT INSANE

That's going to be a lot faster then the previous 1L concept car... as I recall it's 2 cylinder diesel was not turbocharged and there was no hybrid assist.

Its about time someone did this...I'm sick of prius owners bragging about their 35-40 mpg when our Jetta routinely gets over 50...

I agree, there is quite the air of self-righteousness about Prius drivers...

But wouldn't there be safety issues associated with such a small, slim car?

I passed a prius with a vanity tag that read "THNK GRN" ... there is nothing green about a damn prius.. I got in front of them and romped on it to lay down smoke.
