jammed Door key lock barrel / tumbler

hi
i have an 84 Sd and the driver door lock is totally inoperative. i've actually had the handle off and the mechanism out but cannot get it to budge with the key or anything else. any ideas ???

Those locks are very easy to lock up and or loose small parts, if all parts are still intact try cleaning a bit then lubricating and then try and turn key, do you have the single cylinder out or the entire handle out?
