I need a: 124-350-26-74 Differential....
Anybody out there have one burning a hole in their pocket?
It's for a 1993 300D 2.5. It will have to be either a '92 or '93 or I would have to get a new axle as well. I have sent out some feelers on the interweb but I haven't heard anything yet. It has ABS but no ASD.

I guess you found some bad news when you checked it.
If you look at Dave's (GSXR) PDF file you'll see other 185mm diffs with the same size flanges. He also mentiones using a 210mm diff as an upgrade. Search rear differential or rear under his handle GSXR, he did extensive research on this topic and did some posts that link to pic's on his web site. In the mean time check with your local junkies and this guy in FLA. Don't know him but prices are decent http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mercedes-Differential-124-Body-USED_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem4a9b04f699QQitemZ320428373657QQptZMotorsQ5 fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

I've got one here that may be what you are looking for: http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?t=249190&highlight=differential
The driveshaft flanges are 110 dia overall, their bolt circle is about 94-95 mm. The pinion yoke bolt spacing (not bolt circle) forms a 77 mm triangle (I don't have a handbook handy to convert that to bolt circle).
