Shift Lever Bushings

Hello Gentlemen,

On a W123, can somebody please walk me through the step by step procedures or instructions for changing the "top" shift lever bushings, I'm talking about the bushing that is located on the lever itself at the bottom part of the selector bezel that pivots to the floor? Thanks in advance!
