w124 wagon cargo cover removal
 

I am trying to uninstall a cargo cover from the back of a w124 wagon, but i do not see where it unmounts, the w123 cargo net covers have a dial that unscrews the hardware bolt that holds it in place but i do not see anything.
Anybody taken one down?

The rear seat backs have to be lowered forwards, then the roller will slide sideways in the direction from the passenger's side to the driver's side and you can remove it out of the rear door.

heh, yeah. had to figure this out myself after trying and trying to yank it out in every direction and not seeing anywhere it bolts in.

the same car i removed it off of had orthopedic seats, so finding the vacuum pump was a little weird, too (under the carpet in the usual spot under rear seat).

Is that donor car by any chance an ivory/palomino '91 300TE 4matic?
