Arrow DIY for OM606 Nozzle Replacement

is there a DIY for replacing injector nozzles on the OM606? i'm ok on doing the nozzle work. most interested in pics for the disassembly of the manifold...

You don't need to remove the manifold to remove the injectors... I've had a few of my injectors out simply removing the cover, loosening the lines and then the injectors.

It's almost as easy as spark plugs!

thx KarTek. so, just take off the black cover? anything else? do you have a diagram? i am used to my 617 where everything is out in the open.

Pretty much identical to your 617 except you need a 22mm socket that is 4.25" deep and that is thin walled. The MB tool has a cutout down the side so the barbs dont get buggered.
