GTA East (Durham Region - Toronto) Owners...

So I picked up this car and it runs OK etc. but I have some quirks that I don't know if they are unique to the car or to the model.

To me it seems like the idle is too low and the engine has too much vibration, but I don't know if this is a trait of the Stuttgart Taxi, or if it is unique to the car I just bought.

Before I go replacing motor mounts and tinkering with idle adjustments, I'd really like to find another local owner to compare shakes and rattles with and know whether I actually have a problem.

To that end are there any other local 240D owners in the Ajax/Whitby/Oshawa area that would be interested in getting together for a coffee and comparing how much our teeth rattle when starting up cars? Is there any kind of a club or something out here? I know there is the National Mercedes Club, but somehow that seems a little pretentious and I'm not sure the views would be unbiased.
