vacum pump 82 CD TURBO
Can a rebuild kit be installed while pump is still mounted on the motor by accessing through plate on front of pump?
And if so, does anyone know where I can find a pic or exploded view of this to help me along? |

I don't think it's possible, and even if it is, it would be a lot easier to do the work with the pump off the car.
Where are you located? I have a piston-style pump that I pulled for my 240D but found it not completely compatible. I'll sell it for $20 plus shipping.

X2.... it would be difficult to work on the vac pump if not disconnected from the car. Its somewhat of a delicate task as it has components that have to be placed correctly.
