Mighty mighty MB lift pump

My MB indy has a imploded fuel tank from a 1982 300SD hanging on his wall. Seems the vent was clogged on the fuel tank and the MB lift pump was so strong it just imploded the fuel tank (sucked in the a side walls of the fuel tank). The owner brought the MB in becase each time the owner went to fill up with fuel the tank was holding less and less fuel.

Lets see an electric lift pump do that!

if u keep everything without elec in the event should your alterator died u can still able to gimp home, if u have a 12v pump then God bless u.

on my 81 300sd i do run some filt veg oel, i am buying some copper hose to ruote the fuel line around the oel filter housing only few inches away a few rung as to steal some heat from there, as the oil seem to get thicker when the temp gets cooler.
I dont want any electric dependency if i dont have to, u never know when u run of the juice, and usually between a rock & hard places.
