I found that my haynes book has an error in the bolt order to loosen first.
I looked on here first but could not find that link. Becase i broke the adjuster bolt by turning it first instead of last of the three. I'm looking for a used belt adjustor bolt and nut. Thank You

I think that bolt is around $40 + -.
Here is a fix a guy did using an EYE bolt.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.
